Earth Science Novare
A classical Christian earth science course ought to address not only the mind, but also the soul. Our Earth Science course uses the Novare curriculum to echo Micah 6:8, spurring students to walk humbly before the Creator and to do justly toward His creation. The study of landforms, minerals and planetary phenomena is capable of provoking wonder, however taught; we make a point of exercising this wonder to its full capacity, stretching it toward the Creator. Moreover, we stress that stewardship of the earth is the responsibility of all Christians, no matter how young. Homework will average 3 - 5 hours per week.
