Daniel Samms
Daniel Samms is originally from West Virginia and currently pastors Restoration Church in Ohio. He completed his MA in Philosophical Theology from Liberty University in 2008 and has been teaching undergraduate theology since 2009. Additionally, he writes curriculum and teaches for Underground Seminary, a theological equipping system for pastors and laypersons. He is currently working on a Ph.D. in Theology and Apologetics, but when he’s not reading and writing papers, Daniel enjoys survival training and woodworking. He makes wood pens, old fashioned shaving brushes, and cigar box guitars in his workshop. Occasionally, Daniel does missionary trips to El Salvador and Nicaragua to equip ex–gang members to spread the gospel in Central America. He and his wife Christy homeschool their three children Micah, Hannah, and Jayna, and they all enjoy raising chickens and sitting around their firepit in the evenings.
