Ryan K. Noppen is an author, analyst, and educator who holds a Master of Arts degree in European History from Purdue University. He has worked as a naval and aviation subject matter expert on projects for the US Navy, taught college courses in military history, and has served as the headmaster of a Christian Classical school. A scholar of Dutch, German, and Central European military history, he has written ten books on naval and aviation studies and works as a professional author for Bloomsbury Publishing plc. Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Ryan now resides in Big Bear Lake, California, with his lovely wife and two adorable young children. His interests include: travels throughout Europe, cooking (northern and central European cuisine), good coffee, movies, cars, model trains, and a little vintage Disney. Ryan’s professional and instructional worldview stems from the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30); it is our duty to our loving Creator to fully invest and cultivate the talents with which we have been blessed.
