Sarah Gavin earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Grove City College before moving overseas to attend graduate school. At the University of St Andrews in Scotland, she earned a Masters of Research in Social Anthropology amongst the ruins of castles and abbeys on the Scottish coast. Sarah has spent the last eight years working as a humanities teacher and curriculum coach in classical Christian schools in North Carolina and her native Wisconsin, as well as amongst the refugee population in Milwaukee. It is her joy and passion to share her own love of learning with those around her through great literature and thrilling stories from history. Sarah takes daily delight in seeing how the Lord’s grace and glory shine through the lives of men, real or fictional. In addition to reading and learning, Sarah enjoys traveling the world at any opportunity, frequenting museums, and cooking new and exciting foods. She and her husband attend Imago Dei church and live just outside of Milwaukee with their growing family.
